Job Description

Focusing on managing and growing relationships with our existing merchants in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in account management with an emphasis on upselling and cross-selling, aiming to maximize merchant value and drive revenue growth
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the main point of contact for UAE merchants, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support long-term partnerships.
  • Understand merchant needs and recommend relevant solutions, upgrades, and premium offerings.
  • Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize merchant value and revenue.
  • Present new features and product enhancements to help merchants optimize their operations.
  • Develop tailored account strategies aligned with merchants' growth objectives.
  • Meet revenue targets through effective cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding merchants on best use of Paymob solutions.
  • Proactively resolve merchant issues to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share merchant insights and support product development.
REQUIREMENTS
  • o 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • o Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • o Strong understanding of Paymob's products and the fintech industry.
  • o Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving revenue growth through
  • upselling and cross-selling.
  • o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
  • o Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
