A leading company is actively recruiting a Sales Account Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts across the assigned clients in the UAE and GCC.
• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation, requirement gathering, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by consistently converting leads into accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients' stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers
• Work closely with the technical teams to ensure the proposal matches the customer's requirements and budget.
• Stay up to date with regional healthcare initiatives and digital transformation programs in the healthcare sector within the GCC region.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 4-6 years of sales experience in healthcare IT, with a focus on HIS and digital health solutions in the UAE/GCC.
• Experience in government tenders, RFPs, and health sector procurement processes.
• Proven success in selling to ministries of health, healthcare authorities, and large private healthcare groups.
• Strong understanding of health informatics, clinical workflows, and public health IT systems.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the GCC.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
