Join Rookie Ninja as a Sales Account Manager to lead B2B relationships for world-class printer brands, driving growth with top retailers and resellers across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and execute strategies to upsell and cross-sell the full range of products to meet aggressive quarterly sales targets.
Serve as the primary, high-level strategic contact for a portfolio of key B2B accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct regular Business Review Meetings with clients to analyze performance, forecast future demand, and align on joint marketing initiatives.
Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring smooth order processing, collaborating with logistics, and maintaining accurate client records in the CRM.
Become an expert on our brands' product roadmaps and features to effectively position solutions against competitors.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Account Management and strategic sales is required.
Prior experience in consumer electronics, office supplies, or distribution sectors is ideal.
Proven ability to manage and significantly grow a portfolio of client revenue is essential.
Exceptional negotiation and persuasive presentation skills are mandatory.
Must demonstrate expert-level competency with CRM software.
Strong data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel are necessary.
Ability to travel frequently to client sites for meetings and business reviews is a requirement.
