Position Overview:



We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Sales Account Manager

to join our esteemed organization. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the cultivation of strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be identifying new business opportunities, developing customized solutions, and closing deals within the competitive IT market, with a particular emphasis on the government sector.

Key Responsibilities:



Proactively identify new business opportunities, including emerging markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services. Research and target key decision-makers and organizations in relevant industries to expand our client base. Drive lead generation through strategic cold calling, networking, and meetings, both in-person and virtually. Understand client needs, and develop tailored solutions to address business challenges and drive growth. Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies aimed at achieving long-term growth objectives. Oversee the execution of sales strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and market opportunities. Manage the end-to-end process of client contract negotiation, from initial discussions to final agreement. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client requirements are met, and contracts are executed in compliance with company policies and regulations. Lead the process from pre-tendering to tender submission, including handling RFPs, PDCs, and product demos. Ensure timely follow-up on proposals and manage relationships throughout the tendering process to maximize business opportunities. Maintain clear and ongoing communication with clients, ensuring seamless project execution and satisfaction. Coordinate internally with project teams to ensure successful delivery of products/services and timely resolution of client concerns. Develop comprehensive business plans and proposals in response to client and management requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market needs. Manage client accounts throughout the sales cycle, from order booking to payment collection, and liaise with the Finance Department to ensure accurate reporting and timely payments. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations, offering clients the most relevant IT solutions. Work closely with the marketing department to develop and execute promotional strategies to enhance brand presence in both cities. Represent the company at seminars, conferences, and other industry events, fostering relationships and identifying new opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:



7+ years

of proven track record in B2B sales, with a

strong emphasis on the IT industry

in

UAE

(Dubai is a plus)

. Demonstrated success in client acquisition, contract negotiations, and account management. Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and AI. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels and build strong, lasting relationships. A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth. Highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities across both cities. In-depth knowledge of the business landscapes, regulatory environments, and client expectations in Abu Dhabi, particularly in the government sector. Fluency in
