Identify, develop, and manage key accounts in the Audio-Visual (AV) and ELV solutions sector.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
Generate new business opportunities by building strong client relationships and networking.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with design, presales, and technical teams to provide customized AV solutions.
Maintain updated knowledge of AV/ELV products, technologies, and market trends.
Negotiate contracts and ensure proper documentation in line with company policies.
Monitor account performance, follow up on collections, and ensure timely payments.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regular updates to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 4-6 years of proven sales experience in AV/ELV solutions in the UAE/GCC region.
Strong understanding of AV systems (video conferencing, control systems, displays, sound systems, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver under pressure.
UAE driving license (mandatory).
Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools.
