NAFFCO is currenlty looking for experienced Sales Manager who will be responsible in generating new business , account Management and generation of revenues



The role requires a familiarity with the GCC market and a passion for creating long term growth for the company



Cultivate and expand relationships with key accounts in the ELV Systems sector (Security / ICT & Audio Visual systems), focusing on long-term partnerships and repeat business. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts, understanding their evolving needs and offering tailored solutions. Develop and present compelling proposals and quotations, demonstrating a deep understanding of ELV system technologies and market trends. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Collaborate closely with technical and project teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular account reviews and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth. Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maintaining profitability. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).



Desired Candidate Profile




Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, providing a solid technical foundation. Technical knowledge about Security , ICT & Av Systems Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, specifically within the Security, ICT, or Audio Visual ELV systems industry. Exhibits a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships. Displays a strong understanding of ELV system design, installation, and commissioning processes. Possesses excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Exhibits strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, capable of identifying and addressing customer needs. Demonstrates fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must, other language skills are a plus. Must posses a valid UAR Driving license
