. This is a client-facing role suited for someone who can manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the full sales process: from the first client interaction to providing quotations and successfully closing the lead
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understand client requirements and propose the most suitable service solutions
Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimation, operations) to ensure smooth project handover and execution
Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and contract terms
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain detailed records of sales activity, pipeline, and client communications
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in fit-out, interiors, or property maintenance
Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, including pricing and quotations
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with the UAE market and client expectations
UAE driving license is preferred
