Sales Account Manager
in Dubai to manage and grow our existing client relationships.
Job Summary:
This role is all about
building strong, long-term partnerships
with our current clients. You'll ensure they're getting the most value from our platform, provide ongoing support, and look for opportunities to upsell and upgrade their packages.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of existing B2B clients, primarily car rental and car sales companies.
Maintain strong relationships through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and support.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs and business goals.
Ensure clients are fully utilizing our platform and aware of all features and services.
Resolve client issues in a timely, solution-focused manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Track client activity and prepare performance reports to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
2+ years in account management, client success, or sales (preferably in advertising, tech, or automotive).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
A proactive, client-first approach with a focus on delivering results.
Fluency in English and
Arabic
.
UAE driving license is preferred.
