Responsible for achieving sales growth by managing key accounts, expanding client portfolios, and promoting ICT, cybersecurity, cloud solutions across Qatar and the GCC. The position offers a fixed and variable compensation structure, where the variable component is tied to quarterly and annual sales targets defined by the company. Consistent achievement of these targets is essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Performance & Revenue Achievement
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across cybersecurity, network infrastructure, IT managed services, cloud.
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets, ensuring consistent performance against company growth objectives.
Develop and execute account and territory strategies to expand market presence.
2. Account Management
Manage and grow key customer accounts through proactive engagement, upselling, and cross-selling.
Build and sustain relationships with decision-makers (CIOs, IT Managers, Procurement Heads) to ensure long-term business partnerships.
Conduct regular account reviews to monitor satisfaction, performance, and new opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM system.
3. Solution Selling & Technical Collaboration
Work closely with presales and solution engineering teams to design, price, and present value-based ICT solutions.
Prepare and deliver professional proposals, tenders, and RFP responses.
Understand customer environments and align company offerings with their technical and business goals.
Stay informed about emerging technologies, competitor offerings, and market trends.
4. Partnership & Ecosystem Engagement
Manage relationships with key vendors and distributors (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft, HP, Dell, Palo Alto Networks and many more).
Leverage vendor programs, rebates, and co-marketing initiatives to increase competitiveness and profitability.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner engagements to enhance visibility and network reach.
5. Internal Collaboration
Coordinate with project delivery, procurement, and finance teams for accurate project scoping, billing, and on-time delivery.
Provide market intelligence and client feedback to operations and product management teams.
Support management with accurate sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related discipline.
4-6 years of ICT or systems integration sales experience in Qatar or the GCC.
Proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, cloud technologies.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
