How You Operate
  • You will work hard to achieve team-based sales metrics. Specifically, you will demo our products and services multiple times per day to prospects and then will be responsible for the follow up according to a sales framework to complete the sale and hand it over to the execution team
  • You will speak at events and happenings where the brand is showcased
  • You will have an open mind and a willingness to learn our frameworks and systems quickly.
  • You will take advantage of our career path planning and hold your manager accountable for it during your one on ones with them
  • You’ll be required to quickly develop a deep understanding of our services, products, markets, and our buyer personas.

What You Own
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets set by the management
  • Contribute to designing and implementing a strategic plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
  • Clear, well-structured compliance with companies’ sales processes and CRM data needs
  • Present sales, revenue reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Keep abreast of the product features and functionality and have a deep understanding of how it compares with that of the competitors

Your Needed Ammo
  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative preferably in SaaS companies, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and education industry expertise
