Sales & Marketing Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company's construction services across the UAE.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients. Manage and update social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns. Collaborate with management to meet sales targets and business goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in

sales and marketing

, preferably in the

construction or contracting industry

. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Valid UAE driving license (preferred). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
