Sales Account Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Account Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals with 1 year + of sales experience who are eager to grow within the FinTech and RegTech sectors. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and promoting our cutting-edge SaaS solutions tailored for financial institutions, legal firms, and compliance teams.



Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation Identify and qualify prospective clients through targeted research, outreach, events, and digital platforms. Sales Presentations Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, focusing on FinTech and RegTech value propositions.

Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Market Intelligence Stay informed about market trends, customer challenges, and competitor movements in the financial technology and regulatory space. Sales Targets Meet or exceed individual sales quotas while contributing to team objectives and strategic business goals. Pipeline & Reporting Use CRM tools to track sales activities, client engagement, and performance metrics. Team Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategy with overall business goals.

Qualifications and Skills:



Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

6 months - 1 year in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within a FinTech or RegTech company.

Industry Knowledge: Awareness or interest in SaaS, compliance technology, financial services, or digital transformation in banking. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic proficiency is a plus. Client-Focused: Demonstrated ability to understand and meet client needs in a consultative manner. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-Starter: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
