Sales & Account Executive for Sarto Communique LLC, Abu Dhabi : Grow a company\xe2\x80\x99s market share Proactively seek out and recruit new partner Retain and grow partnership income levels Deliver first class client services to partners, acting as senior point of contact and dealing with complaints and issues efficiently and professionally Deliver continual enhancements and modifications to partnerships ensuring that each remains relevant and valued by the partner organization Identify opportunities for collaboration between Partners to optimize return on investment Identify opportunities to upsell add-on modules to partners via first class account management Manage a team and ensuring delivery and alignment of programs and activity Review and develop internal processes, particularly around finance to free up more time for partner management and recruitment Undertake other reasonable duties as allocated Ensure delivery of Partner contractual right Innovate and improving sales Desired Skills and Expertise: 5+ Years of experience Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree Preferred Strong background in customer service Strong communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Client Relations Management Software Relevant and extensive senior-level client support and stakeholder management experience, preferably within an international business environment Commercial sales experience Proven ability to identify and exploit commercial opportunities Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within a complex stakeholder environment Demonstrable track record of achievement in account management.
