Key Responsibilities:
? Establishing interest and qualifying potential leads by understanding their needs and matching them with appropriate solutions.
? Conducting cold calls to targeted prospects to introduce ITXPROS' services & products.
? Scheduling meetings and product demos for account managers to further engage with qualified prospects.
? Meeting and exceeding daily and monthly quotas for calls made, leads generated, and meetings scheduled.
? Researching new prospects and opportunities within the dental industry.
?Maintaining accurate and detailed records of call logs and scheduled appointments in the CRM.
? Following up with potential leads to nurture relationships and engage them in the sales pipeline.
? Collaborating with account managers to ensure a seamless experience for qualified leads.
? Staying informed about industry trends, competitive products, and developments.
? Providing feedback to the sales team on the effectiveness of outreach and prospect responses.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree.
? Previous experience in a sales or lead generation role is a plus.
? Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle rejection.
? Goal-oriented with a solid drive to meet and exceed targets.
? Ability to perform research and identify new business opportunities.
? High level of self-motivation, energy, and a positive attitude.
? Ability to work as part of a team.
