Job Overview
As a Real Estate Agent at Mark Home Real Estate, you will play a key role in connecting clients with their dream homes and investment opportunities. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, generating leads, and ensuring a smooth experience for both buyers and sellers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct property viewings and market analysis.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
Negotiate offers and finalize contracts in the best interest of clients.
Promote property listings on various platforms.
Stay updated with real estate laws, financing, and market trends.
Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in real estate or sales (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
