We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesman with

2-3 years of expertise in the hardware & building material

who has a

valid UAE driving license

. First there will be 3 month probation period. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the textile, wipers & Rags industry. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and industry events.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects and contractors. Provide tailored solutions to meet client requirements. Ensure regular follow-ups and address client concerns promptly.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Generate periodic sales reports for management review.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the hardware & building material.

Skills:

Strong understanding of wipers & Rags processes, materials, and designs. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships. Proficient in using MS Office Suite. Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Self-motivated and proactive. Strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
