We Are Hiring - Sales Supervisor (Aesthetic Medical Field)
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our field sales team and drive business growth in the aesthetic sector across the UAE.
:
? Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team.
? Ensure full territory coverage and daily visit completion.
? Monitor performance, sales targets, and field discipline.
? Provide ongoing training and performance feedback.
? Resolve field-level issues and client concerns.
? Report directly to management on sales and team performance.
Requirements:
? Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the UAE.
? Proven leadership skills in managing sales teams.
? Background in the aesthetic, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus.
? Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
? Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to handle targets and field operations under pressure.
