Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Sales Officer - Rentals
to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of rental property sales, from identifying potential tenants to closing rental agreements. The role involves showcasing properties, negotiating rental terms, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction throughout the rental process.Key Responsibilities:
Promote and lease residential or commercial properties on behalf of the company. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, online platforms, and referrals. Maintain and update property listings (online portals, CRM systems, internal databases). Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants. Explain rental terms, conditions, and policies clearly to clients. Negotiate rental prices and lease terms between landlords and tenants. Coordinate with landlords/property owners for property availability and updates. Ensure all documentation and agreements are accurately prepared and signed. Stay updated with market trends, competitor listings, and rental pricing.
