About the Role

We are looking for a charismatic and energetic Marketing & Sales Executive to join our operations in Ruwais. The candidate will engage with clients through site visits and digital communications, supporting business growth in the transportation and waste management sector. This role is ideal for someone who is committed, outgoing, and eager to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Visit and engage with potential and existing clients to promote company services. Represent the company at client sites and maintain strong business relationships. Manage digital communication with clients (phone, email, WhatsApp, social media). Assist in preparing simple marketing materials (brochures, social media posts, presentations). Follow up with clients on service requirements, inquiries, and contracts. Provide feedback to management on client needs and market trends. Coordinate between site operations and clients for smooth service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred, not mandatory). Experience: Prior sales, marketing, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required. Nationality: Arabic nationality only. License: Must hold a valid UAE Driving License. Languages: Fluent in English (speaking & writing); Arabic is an advantage. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Comfortable using computer systems and digital communication tools. Age Range (Preferred): 22-35 years. Personal Qualities: Charismatic, energetic, and confident communicator. Reliable, committed, and client-focused. Flexible and willing to work at site as needed.

Compensation & Benefits
