Customer Service

Sales Targets

: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets set by the store or employer.

Product Knowledge

: Learn and stay updated on the details of the products or services being sold. Be able to explain features, benefits, and uses of different products.

Sales and Upselling

: Actively promote products and encourage sales. Upsell or cross-sell related products to maximize revenue.

Customer Relationships

: Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat orders. Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a polite and professional manner.

Stock and Inventory Management

: Assist in organizing and check the inventory stocks. Monitor inventory levels and inform the store manager about stock shortages or replenishment needs. Ensure make sure accuracy in processing of delivery goods.

Maintain Store Appearance

: Keep the sales area clean, organized, and visually appealing. Ensure that displays and product placements are attractive and accessible to customers.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth store operations. Communicate effectively with the store manager or supervisor regarding customer feedback, inventory issues, or other concerns.
