Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the manpower and staffing sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Understand client manpower requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate closely with recruitment and operations teams
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide reports to management
Conduct market research on trends and competition
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
2-4 years of experience in sales within manpower, recruitment, or staffing
Strong understanding of manpower outsourcing and staffing solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
