We are looking for a sales Executive, experienced in Gate barriers. Develop & maintain relationships with Contractors and potential customers\xe2\x80\x99 accounts.Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers and retaining existing customers. Candidate should have good experience in maintaining ELV contracts. The applicant must be proactive and energetic to work in the sales team upholding the below-listed qualifications. Job description As a Sales Executive you are responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility under the general guidance and supervision and responsibilities will include such as:

- Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed the targets set.
- Ensure that selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximize up-selling opportunities whenever possible.
- Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel and construction sites through direct sales.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
- The commercial sales executive is responsible for executing sales and marketing activities to generate new business, increase revenue and build relationships with existing clients.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Develop sales strategies for regions to increase marketing penetration.
