Overview

Enter salary related data and components accurately into the payroll system.

Support salary reviews and ensure updates are reflected correctly.

Maintain ongoing communication with different administrations and internal departments regarding payroll matters.

Assist departments with payroll related questions and requests.

Process payroll data and ensure salaries are calculated and entered on time.

Create and manage employee cards, access cards and guest cards through the system.

Handle advance salary payments according to approved procedures.

Archive payroll documents and records properly within the system.

Carry out additional tasks as required to support the payroll and HR team.

Job Requirements

Relevant education or equivalent practical background.

Experience with payroll processing and a strong interest in salary related work.

Ability to work in a structured manner and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Comfortable working with deadlines and maintaining accuracy under time pressure.

Experience in accounting will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.

Open to change and adaptable to new processes.

Willingness to learn and work with new IT tools and payroll systems.
