Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint IAM Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and managing identity governance and privileged access solutions across hybrid and on-premises environments. This role is critical in strengthening our enterprise security posture and ensuring compliance with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Enhance Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, with a strong focus on BeyondTrust integration and governance. Conduct assessments of account configurations and directory structures within Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID to ensure alignment with security best practices. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, process workflows, and operational procedures. Participate in strategic IAM roadmap planning and solution design reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions into business processes.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM, with at least 2 years implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ. Proven experience with BeyondTrust PAM, including federated SSO and group-based access control. Strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and hybrid identity architectures. Experience with OAuth, REST APIs, and PowerShell scripting. Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation is a plus. Familiarity with hybrid identity solutions and Zero Trust principles. Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Pay: QAR20,000.00 - QAR32,000.00 per month
