Safety Supervisor
Job Description
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with UAE laws and company standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Ensure all workers, subcontractors, and visitors are aware of and adhere to safety protocols.
Lead safety induction and training sessions for new and existing staff.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for prevention.
Maintain accurate safety records, inspection checklists, and incident logs.
Coordinate with site management to ensure safe work practices, including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Assist in preparing risk assessments, method statements, and emergency response plans.
Liaise with government authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation) for inspections and safety compliance.
Promote a strong safety culture through toolbox talks, awareness campaigns, and regular meetings.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
as Safety Officer : 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
* Nebosh (Preferred)
