(Safety Supervisor)

Company Industry: (Industrial Gases and Health & Safety Solutions)

Location: Cairo, Egypt (Office-based)

Working Hours: 10 hours per day, 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies across all office and operational sites.

Conduct regular safety inspections, hazard assessments, and risk mitigation activities.

Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.

Deliver safety training and awareness programs to staff.

Maintain safety documentation, compliance records, and incident reports.

Liaise with regulatory agencies and external auditors for compliance verification.

Foster a safety-first culture through continuous improvement initiatives and employee engagement.

Support emergency preparedness planning and safety drills.

Collaborate with operational teams to implement best safety practices aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 3 years in a safety supervision or related role in industrial or corporate settings.

Solid knowledge of Egyptian health and safety regulations and standards.

Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are preferred.

Excellent communication, organizational, and report-writing skills.

Ability to work 10 hours daily, 6 days a week.

Proficient in MS Office and safety management systems.
