Residential and Commercial Building Projects (Dubai)
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at all construction sites.
Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits to identify and mitigate hazards.
Develop and implement safety procedures, emergency response plans, and safety training programs.
Monitor and enforce adherence to site-specific HSE plans and company policies.
Prepare safety reports, incident investigations, and corrective action plans.
Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies to maintain a safe work environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong HSE technical and practical skills.
NEBOSH IGC and IOSH certifications (mandatory).
Valid
Trakhees SARS Approval
(required).
Proven experience in managing safety for residential and commercial construction projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
