Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with HSE rules and regulations. Conduct daily site inspections and identify potential hazards. Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific safety plans. Deliver safety induction training and toolbox talks to workers. Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe practices; prepare detailed reports. Ensure proper documentation, permits, and safety records are maintained. Coordinate with project managers and engineers to enforce safe work practices. Ensure PPE usage and check the condition of safety equipment regularly. Support emergency preparedness and conduct safety drills.
Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety. NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or equivalent certification (mandatory). Minimum 2-5 years of experience in civil construction projects (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and construction safety standards. Good communication and reporting skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to prepare risk assessments, method statements, and daily HSE reports.
