Conduct regular
risk assessments
, safety audits, and inspections.
Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations, labor laws, and international standards.
Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.
Conduct safety training and awareness sessions for employees and contractors.
Monitor and maintain safety equipment and personal protective gear.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports for management review.
Promote a
safety-first culture
among all site personnel.
Qualifications & Skills:
NEBOSH Certification.
Minimum 5 years of UAE-based construction or industrial site safety experience.
Strong knowledge of UAE OSHA regulations and international safety standards.
Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
Ability to enforce safety compliance and handle emergency situations
