with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction industry to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety, compliance with regulations, and providing administrative support to site operations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
Identify hazards and implement preventive measures.
Develop and enforce safety policies, programs, and procedures.
Deliver safety training to employees.
Investigate accidents and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
Maintain updated safety certifications and records.
Provide administrative support, including record keeping, data entry, and correspondence handling.
Qualifications & Skills
NEBOSH / IOSH certification (mandatory).
Minimum 1 year of UAE or GCC construction industry experience.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
