Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
Ensure compliance with local authority and statutory HSE regulations
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training programs
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and prepare reports
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors
Maintain HSE documentation and records
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Safety / Engineering
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification (mandatory)
Minimum
2-5 years experience
in construction/contracting field
Good knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices
Strong communication and reporting skills
Ability to work independently on site
