Job Summary:
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Safety Officer Fresher/Trainee to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in occupational health and safety. The successful candidate will assist in implementing safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting site inspections and hazard identification
- Support safety training and awareness programs
- Help develop and implement site-specific safety plans
- Assist in incident investigation and reporting
- Learn and adhere to company safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Willingness to learn and gain experience in safety
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
