The Role
Maintain records of all site safety activities and advice for field activities.
Verify third party certification for lifting gear, electrical equipment etc.
Identify site hazards, non-conformances, corrective and preventive actions and bring them to the immediate attention of site supervision and record.
Prepare weekly reports including, observation and recommendation for control and corrective of hazards.
Produce relevant toolbox talks with the assistance of responsible site supervision including the identification of proactive and reactive site .
Submitting monthly Accident investigation reports, near miss incident reports including working man hours to our management.
Issue, follow up and conclude improvement notice within defined deadline.
Place safety posters, hazard flashes, site safety campaign promotional material.
Immediate response to incidents and emergency situations that occur on site, act as emergency fire warden and provide first aid.
Periodically conducting tests and inspections of all machineries, Equipment's and vehicles are complying with as per safety standards.
Submitting monthly Accident investigation reports, near miss incident reports including working man hours to our management.
Monitoring of hot Works and suggest remedies to avoid fire & explosion
Issue, follow up and conclude improvement notice within defined deadline.
Conduct investigation of accidents and/ or incidents occurring in site and submit report to project HSE manager
Close interaction with the line Management and discuss about the safety culture.
Submitting monthly Accident investigation reports, near miss incident reports including working man hours to our management..
Conduct investigation of accidents and/ or incidents occurring in site and submit report to project HSE manager
Perform risk assessment on various tasks concreting, shuttering work, steel fixing, block works, heavy equipment installation etc
Provide HSE statistics to the Management time to time.
