Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures in compliance with local and federal regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
Investigate accidents/incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
Organize and deliver safety training programs for employees and contractors.
Maintain safety records, including incident reports, inspections, and training documentation.
Collaborate with management to continuously improve workplace safety standards.
Ensure the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
