Monitor and enforce safety rules and procedures on construction sites
Conduct regular site safety inspections and risk assessments
Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Conduct safety training, inductions, and toolbox talks
Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions
Report, record, and investigate accidents and near misses
Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation
Coordinate with site management to improve overall safety performance
Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in Safety / HSE or related field
Minimum
3+ years of experience
as a Safety Officer in the
construction field
Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and standards
Good communication, reporting, and documentation skills
