Implement and monitor compliance with the company's Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and eliminate potential hazards.
Ensure all workers and subcontractors follow proper safety procedures and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and emergency drills.
Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices.
Prepare and maintain all safety-related documentation and reports as per project and client requirements.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and management to improve overall safety culture.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, or other authority safety requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification (mandatory).
Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in construction or MEP projects within the UAE.
Good knowledge of UAE Health & Safety regulations and local authority requirements.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
