Safety Officer
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified UAE National Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an Engineering graduate with hands-on experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices, committed to ensuring a safe and compliant workplace across all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor company safety policies, procedures, and standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
Support training and awareness programs related to occupational health and safety.
Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and company HSE standards.
Requirements:
UAE National (Emirati citizenship is mandatory).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in safety or HSE roles.
Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and best practices.
NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification preferred.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
