Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with company standards and UAE regulations.
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments at worksites.
Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure all employees and subcontractors are properly trained in health and safety practices.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.
Maintain accurate records of safety activities and compliance documents.
Coordinate with project managers and supervisors to maintain a culture of safety awareness.
