Monitor and ensure that all works are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify unsafe acts, conditions, and practices.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports for all project sites.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions for site workers and staff.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure safety compliance.
Maintain safety documentation, including permits to work, inspection records, and training logs.
Liaise with local authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense) when required.
Support the HSE team in developing and improving the company's safety management system.
