Implement and enforce health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations at the construction site.
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
Ensure all workers, contractors, and visitors comply with safety standards.
Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to workers and site personnel.
Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and accidents; recommend corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities.
Liaise with government safety inspectors and respond to any audit or inspection findings.
Provide guidance and support to the project management team regarding safety best practices.
Ensure the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Monitor and ensure safe handling and storage of hazardous materials.
