Should have iosh/ NEBOSH certification.
Minimum 2 year of UAE experience must.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement site-specific HSE plans and safety policies.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
Ensure compliance with all local and national safety regulations and standards.
Monitor site activities to ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for workers and subcontractors.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, safety meetings, and training.
Collaborate with site management and workers to improve health and safety standards.
Ensure all workers have proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and it is used correctly.
Prepare and submit safety reports to management and regulatory bodies as required.
