The Construction Industry Safety Officer is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing company safety programs to ensure a safe working environment. They identify hazards, develop policies, conduct training, and ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety standards
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor construction sites to identify safety hazards.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
Investigate incidents and accidents and prepare detailed reports.
Develop and implement health and safety programs.
Maintain records of safety-related incidents and training.
Provide safety orientation and training to new employees.
Enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Liaise with regulatory bodies and prepare documentation for site approvals.
