We are looking for a proactive and qualified

HSE Officer

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have

2-3 years of experience

in construction safety, particularly within

high-rise or villa projects

. You will be responsible for implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on site Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, reports, and incident logs Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks to site personnel Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions Investigate incidents and near misses, and ensure preventive measures are in place Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure legal compliance Promote a strong safety culture across the site

Requirements:

NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification is mandatory

2-3 years of HSE experience

in the UAE construction industry (high-rise/villa preferred) Familiar with UAE safety regulations and best practices Strong communication and reporting skills Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
