We are hiring experienced

HSE/Safety Officers

to join our team for ongoing

high-rise building projects

in Dubai. The ideal candidate will hold a

Diploma or Degree in Fire & Safety Engineering

and possess at least

5 years of relevant experience

in enforcing health and safety regulations on large-scale construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor the company's HSE policies and procedures on site Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and safe work practices Identify hazards and conduct risk assessments; recommend and enforce corrective actions Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for workers and staff Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective/preventive measures Maintain and update safety records, reports, and documentation as per UAE standards Liaise with project managers, consultants, and local authorities on HSE matters

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Fire & Safety Engineering

(mandatory)

Minimum 5 years of experience

in HSE roles on

high-rise building construction projects

, preferably in the UAE Valid NEBOSH IGC certification is highly preferred Strong knowledge of UAE safety laws and international HSE standards Excellent observation, reporting, and communication skills
