Job Purpose: To be able to plan, implement and oversee the organization\xe2\x80\x99s employees\xe2\x80\x99 safety at work. Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\x93 Execute and monitor the company\xe2\x80\x99s procedures for the health safety environment in the project to keep working with the safety health plan. \xe2\x80\x93 Monitor and assess hazardous, unsafe situations and implement corrective measures. \xe2\x80\x93 Conduct risk assessments and other safety assessments to support HSE management. \xe2\x80\x93 Maintain relevant HSE logs and documentation. \xe2\x80\x93 Promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and visitors. \xe2\x80\x93 Provide assistance and advice on HSE issues to make recommendations to the facility, Participate in detailed incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis. \xe2\x80\x93 Carrying out site safety inductions. Identifying staff training requirements. \xe2\x80\x93 Maintain the records of incidents/accidents in the project, including a detailed analysis of each injury and damage. \xe2\x80\x93 Insurance of Permit, Regulatory & Safety Compliance. \xe2\x80\x93 Verifies that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe with third-party certification. \xe2\x80\x93 Daily, Weekly, and Monthly HSE reports. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
