Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor site HSE policies and safety procedures
Conduct daily site safety inspections and risk assessments
Ensure proper use of PPE by all site personnel
Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks
Monitor high-risk activities (work at height, lifting, hot works, excavation, etc.)
Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports
Coordinate with site team, subcontractors, and consultants on safety matters
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Safety / Engineering or related field
NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA certification
(mandatory)
Minimum 1
-2 years construction site experience
Knowledge of construction safety standards and local regulations
Good communication and reporting skills
