to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health and safety policies on-site to ensure full compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
Identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken
Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks for site staff
Ensure compliance with Qatar HSE regulations and project requirements
Prepare safety reports, incident reports, and safety documentation
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors
Monitor use of PPE and ensure safety awareness on site
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (preferred)
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as a Safety Officer in the
construction field
Valid
NEBOSH IGC
or equivalent safety certification
Good knowledge of construction safety standards and local regulations
Strong communication and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Immediate availability is an advantage
