Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and enforce safety regulations, procedures, and performance standards.
Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive/corrective measures.
Inspect equipment, machinery, and operations for compliance with safety standards.
Prepare safety reports with charts and diagrams to communicate findings.
Provide safety training and awareness sessions to employees.
Stay updated on health and safety protocols and Qatari regulations.
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Liaise with government authorities in case of serious accidents.
Minimum Qualifications:
IOSH and NEBOSH certification (minimum).
Diploma in any field.
Valid Qatar Driving License.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of practical experience, with at least 2 years in Qatar.
Training in health and safety, preferably in construction, healthcare, transportation, and operations/maintenance sectors.
Skills & Capabilities:
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, risk assessments, audits, and reporting.
Familiarity with Qatari health and safety standards and QCDD safety requirements.
Basic knowledge of fire alarms and firefighting systems.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other computer applications.
Good command of technical English.
Salary & Contract:
Salary: QAR 4,500 - 5,000 per month
Contract Duration: 3 years
