Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations on site
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
Organize toolbox talks and site-specific safety training
Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
Maintain documentation for HSE compliance and audits
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and workers on safety matters
Promote a positive safety culture across all levels of the site
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of relevant experience in Qatar
Experience in
villa and commercial construction projects
NEBOSH Certification
(Mandatory)
Valid QID and NOC
Strong knowledge of Qatar's local HSE laws and standards
