Safety Officer
, at least 5 Years of work experience in the UAE in the same field
Safety Officer
Responsibilities:
Risk Assessment & Hazard Identification
: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential safety hazards, Analyze workplace incidents to determine causes and recommend corrective actions
Safety Inspections
: Perform daily/weekly safety inspections of the worksite, equipment, and tools to ensure compliance with safety regulations , Maintain logs of inspections and report findings to management
Safety Policies and Procedures
: Develop, implement, and update safety policies and procedures according to industry regulations and best practices, Ensure all employees are familiar with and adhere to the organization's safety policies.
Safety Reporting
: Maintain safety records, including accident reports, safety inspections, and training documentation, Provide regular safety performance reports to management.
Maintain Safety Equipment
: Oversee the proper maintenance of safety equipment, such as fire extinguishers, safety signage, and emergency lighting, Ensure that safety equipment is in working condition and regularly tested.
Safety Officer Skills and Qualifications:
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
Knowledge
: Familiarity with safety regulations and standards.
Skills
: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in safety equipment and software tools.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lead training sessions and safety awareness programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
